Combining ISA & IIS logs

I am running a web server behind an ISA server (with web publishing). When
I view the IIS log files it shows all the visiting clients as the ISA
server.
I know if I look at the ISA log files I can see the individual clients
visiting our website.
Ideally I want to run a one Log Analyzer program (such as WebTrends Log
Analyzer) that would combine the IIS & ISA logs file. Then take this
information and show a report similar to Webtrends Log Analyzer, but show
the specific visiting clients.
Does anyone know of any software that will do this? Or do I have to go to
Server Publishing (behind the ISA machine) in order to get IIS to log the
correct visitors?
