Code Red Cleaner

Hi There,,    
    I ran the Code Red cleaner relased by microsoft but i dont think it did a 
perfect job.
even after cleaning the system, i still see the log files with code red 
information.
If so what am i suppose to do?....reformat the server :-( !!
