I had a similar problem with a Cisco wireless network and we found that
the machine had not authenticated itself at logon time, even though user
authentication was successful. Issued a certificate to machine and
ensured machine account in AD had dial in access. Not 100% related to
your problem but maybe get you going in the correct direction.

Make sure the WINS and DNS settings are correct on the ISA firewall.

Make sure the ISA firewall is a member of the domain that the users
belong to

What does "impossible to wizard domain" mean?

For transparent auth to shares, make sure users log on via dial up
networking

For log on script processing, make sure user's machines are members of
the domain, and that they log on via dial-up networking.

HTH,
Tom
