So you can't ping any computers inside the company on the private side?
Did you replace anything or just change IP addresses?
Try restarting the services, or just reboot once. Just in case.

The public side is a new subnet (was 255.255.255.248 and now
255.255.255.0), while the private side has remained the same
(255.255.255.0).

My other servers (mail, web, etc.) have all undergone the IP change and
are not experiencing any problems at all. They are able to access the
Internet and communicate with each other. The only problem is ISA
Server.

Maybe a stupid question?
Is it still on the same subnet as the rest of your computers?

Everything was working, then I had to change the IP address of my ISA
Server, and now everything is broken! Note that although I changed the
IP address, I did not change the NETBIOS name of the machine.

I am unable to ping from the ISA Server to another machine, let alone
the other way around. I haven't change my packet filters, they're setup
to allow all traffic.

Can someone please help?

Thanks, Ryan
