Check if you have any report jobs running which sometimes will cause
your CPU usage shoot up to 100% consistently.
Stop it and recreate the job.

i m facing a prob since mornig. nobody is able to access most of the
sites thru ISA. they can access popular sites like google yahoo etc.
they can access 3 out of 10 sites.
what is the prob.
