I keep getting this error in my application log

Source :Microsoft ISA Server Control
Category:Packet Filter
ISA Server detected an all port scan attack from Internet Protocol (IP)
address ???.???.???.???. For more information about this event, see ISA
Server Help.
The reason for the IP address being questioned marked is because the IP
address is my own external IP address ????
I have a number of addresses bound to the external side of the card, could
it be something to do with this ?
