Subject: [isalist] Cache/Lazy Scanner/Manual Editing The Cache

http://www.ISAserver.org

Hello, I am new to ISA and evaluating ISA for one of my assignment. I need
your support, here is the scenario

We want a "lazy scanner" which scans the cache of the proxy server and
update the cache content as per requirement
For instance, (a) remove white spaces from HTML pages, so they load faster
at client end (b) compress large images by reducing resolution and other
such things. The idea is to prepare a cache that downloads to client faster
on slow connections, like analog dialup, wireless devices.

If ISA compares the cache data (hash/signature or whatever) with server
data, then we might need to create a secondary cache, and proxy server
should serve the pages to slower clients from this cache.

I need to know, does ISA's SDK provide such API using which this can be
implemented?

Regards
