[isalist] CSS update frozen

ISA 2006 Enterprise
The CSS monitoring screen states Status as Updating and Last Updated as
11/29/1999 7:00:00 PM. I modified and applied the config yesterday morning
with no problems; and again yesterday afternoon - this is when the
Configuration Status froze and in this state since.
Any help greatly appreciated.
