If you also:
1. use the Firewall Client
2. do not allow SecureNAT clients

..you can specify which applications are allowed to traverse ISA by using the 
Application Settings of the Firewall Client in "Client Configuration".
All the settings are explained in the ISA help.

I dont want to block downloads...I only want to block these types of
softwares..however windows default downloading must be run..
