Blocking SMTP

I have an exchange server behind my 2000ISA.  Twice I have had to reboot
my ISA because it stops letting SMTP out.  Everything else works.  All 80
traffice works fine, POP works, only thing that gets blocked is SMTP.  I
looked through the event viewer, but can't find anything.  Any ideas?
