We use a third party s/w called Chaperone. IT goes out and intelligently
updates its to be blocked list. You can configure many blocking options and
log to an access or sql database. It may be overkill but there are so many
sites to block it would be hard to do by hand.

Is there a list that can be downloaded of all porn and hacking sites that can
be inputted into ISA for blocking?
Also how do I set up my reporting for ISA so that I would be able to view
sites that my users access. I am running SecureNAT Client and some being
firewall clients.
Any help would be appreciated.
