If you have any VBScripting experience, its fairly easy.
Use the filesystem object to read the text file you create and dump the data
into the proper slots in ISA.
The ISA SDK is on the CD and includes plenty of examples to get you started.
The hard part will be specifying an IP subnet as you indicate with
'123.123.123.123/28'.  That will actually be a collection of individual IPs.

hi,
can someone help me how to export a text file that contains a list
of ip addresses and websites to create a destination set? i want to block a
chat/porno/games/gambling websites.

this is an example of a text file.
