If you your clients are Firewall clients then u can easily force disable all 
the application which u did'nt want allow.  Go in to Firewall Client and 
disable the desired application by giving value=1, also set Firewall client to 
update every 1 hour.

DownloadSecurity will block it. It forces client to use just 1 http
channel for downloading not splitted to subsequent http channels.
