The path should just be https://owa.domain.com/owa

The correct mailbox will open up if the credentials are OK.

I've tried every combination I could think of.  It appears that if you use 
/exchange path in Exchange 2007 it redirects you to the /owa path anyways.   I 
couldn't get confirmation from their tech support, but to me it appears that it 
cannot access the folder URL, i.e. https://owa.domain.com/owa/mailbox  (where 
mailbox=username) doesn't exist.  They claim they have only a 60% chance of 
getting it working with OWA 2007, and 0% if ISA is involved.

Did the user change to the /owa path from the /exchange path in his BB 
configuration?

No, I don't have a BES.  Blackberry servers actually log into Outlook Web 
Access and do all their work through there.  I had it working with Exchange 
2003 and ISA2006, but when I upgraded to Exchange 2007 it no longer works.

What do you mean "working with outlook web access 2007"  - what exact config 
are you using?  You don't have BES?

Has anyone gotten a Blackberry working with Outlook Web Access 2007 through 
ISA2006?  Blackberry tech support is claiming that it will not work at all, and 
is currently not supporting that configuration.
