Banned Ad & S@x Sites Import tool

I want to block the advertisment & S%x sites in ISA server 2000.
Where can I get the import tool for the XML document which contains a list
of Banned Advertisment & S%x Sites.and also if there are any updated lists.
I couldn't find the import tool in http://isatools.org site
