Bad Data on Config file

Help anybody:
I have configured local isa vpn server and created a vpc file for the
remote isa vpn server completely.
When I setup the remote isa vpn server using the above vpc file, I got
the following message:
'An error occurred during reading of the configuration file: Bad Data.'
How do I debug this problem? I have re-configured the setup and still
didn't work.
Additional info:
Local ISA VPN server is in firewall mode that accept Client VPN
and working
Remote ISA VPN server is in integrated mode
Both servers are in SP1 and the new release update
Any info is highly appreciated.
