Not when you've reinstalled ISA.
That backup is only good for the same ISA installation on the same machine.

I take the backup of ISA configuration whenever any changes are made.
Unfortunately, one day, due to virus my windows 2000 crashed and i had to
reinstall everything. I tried to restore the configuration (ISA backup)
but it didnot work. Is there any way to get that backup restored.
