I have the proxy information set on our DHCP server using 252
WPAD=<server>:8080/wpad.dat. So when the clients renew their DHCP lease,
they also get the proxy information. All the information the client is
reading from the DHCP server is correct.

You can't "autconfigure through DHCP" at the client.
*Exactly* what did you configure at the DHCP server?
Is the failing client getting its IP assignment via DHCP?

Hi all. I'm having what seems to be a strange problem. IE on my client
workstations is set to autoconfigure through DHCP. They pick up the correct
server settings, but they can't access the web. If I go to the workstation
and uncheck the auto config and configuration script boxes, and don't touch
the actual proxy settings, it works.

This is ISA2004 SP1 on Server 2003 SP1. Any idea why having auto config on
would break web access?
