Is the ISA part of your domain or have you allowed it to use RADIUS to
authenticate domain users?

Hi All,

I have an ISA 2004 connected via an ADSL Router.

I have intermittent problem of ISA 2004 prompting for Username and
password for Web Proxy client request. I have configured Integrated
Windows only. I have not selected "ask for user credentials..."

Problem when ISA is asking for Authentication it does not accept the
username of my domain users, whereas if I provide administrator username
and password it immediately authenticates and allows internet access.

This is strange problem I have many such installations at my client
places but no one has this kind of issue.

I have revised the system policy and Access policy. It looks that there
are no conflicts.

Any ideas?

Thanks & Regards,

Rajnish Malik
