I realized it this morning when perusing through the event logs that
this was occurring.  I made a protocol definition for UDP 123
send/receive.  We'll see if it works!

Yup....as you say, it doesnt have the definitions. It has the TCP
definitions, but as far as im aware the internet aware version of time
no longer uses TCP.
 
Just create a definition for UDP though...it works for me.
