Make PPTP connection to internal network first, then run PCAnywhere.

I have SBS2000 Install in our network.
I need the PCAnyWhere port 5631 and 5632 open to allow internal desktop to
be remotley control through internet.
I am having problem with ISA Server to allow this rule.
