I have the same issue for adobe pro the only way I found was to create a
destination set for *.adobe.com and allow ALL USERS. Might not be the
right way of doing it but works for me

Subject: [isalist] Adobe Updater

I have several Macintosh clients who run Adobe Illustrator CS2 and when
the "Adobe Updater" attempts to do its thing, our ISA 2004 EE box will
not allow it through. After looking at the ISA logs, it says the
request is being made anonymously - even though usernames and passwords
are set in the Keychain for HTTP/HTTPS/FTP proxy - and entered mannually
when prompted. Yes - web and ftp work as expected when using Safari &
Fetch.

Anyone come across this before? Any ideas?

Thanks!

Bret
