Hi Faraz,

There is a chapter in the configuration guide on how to install the CSS
on an array member. Did you see it?

I apologize for them putting all the chapters in the same doc -- they
were supposed to be in different docs, since no one want to wade through
a 500 page doc and they just want at TOC and go to the doc they're
interested in.

Let me know if you can't find it and I'll dig up the info for you.

HTH,
Tom

no JIM, it has not been discussed at isaserver.org(for the CSS
and services off ISA on same machine), but it is at
http://www.microsoft.com/isaserver/. which needs to be much specific, at
a time at microsoft.com it is
        Chapter 3
Installing the Enterprise Array in a Workgroup with the
Configuration Storage Server Located on an Array Member

and there are soo many other stuff all saying CSS on another
machine, all other scenarios are really very extensive..........
        what should i do?

                Yes.
This is discussed in the docs on the CD ant at
                www.microsoft.com/isaserver and www.isaserver.org.

                hi everyone
you will require an additional computer on which to
install the ISA
                Server
2004 Configuration Storage server component. and another
for ISA server
                services.

Can i install both on the same computer?
and i would be very thankfull if you have an article or
any other link
                for
                this purpose!

                Faraz.
