Can you use a web browser to get to the Windows Mobile directory off of the Exchange Web Server? Steve Comeau IT Manager Rutgers Athletics 83 Rockafeller Road Piscataway, NJ 08854 732-445-7802 732-445-4623 (fax) www.scarletknights.com From: isalist-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:isalist-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of John Becker Sent: Wednesday, December 12, 2007 1:26 PM To: isalist@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [isalist] Active Sync Dying at ISA External Interface ISA2000 Windows mobile devices not connecting (was working fine). I can see the traffic hit the router before ISA and I can sniff the packets hitting the external interface of the ISA server, but nothing is written in the Web log on the ISA server and Exchange 2003 server. OWA is working fine from a browser. WM device times out with "waiting for network." Rebooting Exchange 2003 = no change, rebooting ISA = no change and rebuilding the SSL cert from Dr. Tom's excellent tutorials = no change. I'm stumped anyone with ideas for me?
