Yes.  If someone knows enough to spoof their IP address they'll know enough to 
spoof their MAC address as well.  It's really not that difficult.  My only 
argument for it would be one additional level of security you could have.  The 
more the merrier, as long as you plan well enough to be able to support your 
own plan.
