ADSL modem with 2 links

Hi
Our Broadband provider has setup both our DSL links up on the same DSL
modem.
Within our DSL modem config is a link to our ISP as well as a business
to business link.
We need ISA to cover the internet connection, but not the business to
business link which is only used to 1 specific internal computer that
does not use ISA or internet.
Can you suggest the best way round this?
