Thanks Alex, But my problem is that my ADSL modem is connected through an extra NIC and needs to setup a VPN (PPTP). So to build up a connection you need to open the PPTP ports and when you do that you can't filter the traffic anymore with ISA so it let all internet traffic pass! So I think only a router will solve my problem (thanks to Henri).
