Hi Jeff, You can create a *.vbs program that will change the settings for you. It is simple to do. I connect to the network and internet by the network card. At work, I have to have the internet properties set to use static IP, ISA as the proxy, and have the firewall client on, and the built in firewall turned off. To get on the internet at home or away, I have to change all three of those settings to get on, but at least it uses DHCP by default automatically there. Is there a way to have the system detect by static or dhcp and turn on or off all my needed settings? There does not appear to be a way in the hardware profiles to do all this.
