Not without a firewall load-balancing act behind the ISA servers.
Only one ISA at a time can service secureNAT clients because their default
gateway defines their behavior.

what is your suggestion for implementing this plan ?
with this plan will i have 2*dialup bandwith (like a multilink connection)
