Megg Marchbank is nearing the end of the first week of an Orientation and Mobility class. IGDB are delighted to say that Mr. Noel Dempsey, Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources launched a new 48c commemorative postage stamp marking the 30th anniversary of IGDB at our training centre today at 10:30am. It is the first brailled stamp in Ireland, and also, the first stamp commemorating the anniversary of a charity. IGDB would like to thank Roy Keane for coming to the launch today.
