Hi All
My name is Derbhile Dromey. I was once on the list, but disappeared
and am now back on the radar again.
I have an offer which I am hoping someone can't refuse. I am attending
the audio described performance of Playboy of the Western World on
Saturday. I am doing so in a professional capacity, because I'm a
freelance journalist and I'm writing an article about it for Irish
Theatre Magazine. I am also appearing on Newstalk that night. The
person who was to come with me has had to cancel. As a result, I would
like to bring someone along to the performance and interview them
afterwards about what they thought of the audio description. I myself
have a lot of usable vision and I am interested in contrasting my
experience with that of someone who's totally blind.
Please let me know if anyone would be interested in coming with me.
