Hi Susan,
The best way (imho) to install iTunes for Windows is:
* Visit the Ninite website at: https://ninite.com/
* Move down through the headings until you reach Media.
* Tick the checkbox next to iTunes.
* Press B to skip to the Get Your Ninite button and press Enter.
* You'll be asked to Run or Save the installer.
* Save the installer and remember where you saved it.
* Run the installer and follow the prompts (if any).
That's it! iTunes should be installed. But don't delete the
installer. Keep it somewhere safe. Because every so often you can
run the installer again and it will silently update iTunes for you.
There are hundreds of other installers available from Ninite, btw.
Completely free with no adware or viruses. An excellent service.
