Wayne And Harley D here in the southern suburbs of Chicago-land.
The funny tail that I'm going to share is more feline, than canine...
As you know there are three members of the Krazy Kritter Boot Kamp staff
that are of the felinoid persuasion this tail is about them. Leni has
shared with me that on her days off the felines sleep most of the day
and only seem to come alive when Harley D and I arrive home. For
example, when we get home and I take off Harley's harness and prong
collar one of the younger kitties will come over, roll on their back and
let Harley tongue bathe them. Shadow, our male kitty, loves to snuggle
up with me. After we finish eating supper, he'll come over and lean
against me and demand my attention. Then he'll plop down with his front
half across my left thigh while capturing my left hand with his bit
front paw. After a bit he'll shift a bit and begin kneading my thigh
with his claws while purring very, very loudly. In the mornings, when
I'm reaching to shut off my CPAP machine, Luna our youngest girl kitty,
will take advantage of my hand being cupped and rub the top of her head
against my palm.
For those of our members in the U.S. Happy Fourth of July!
Speaking of which, Tuesday is Harley's seventh birthday and Sixth
anniversary of entering "Active Duty" status.
