News From NASA

I am participating as a NASA Solar System Ambassador as well as an JPL Ocean
Envoy. These programs give me to opportunity to learn what is new with
NASA. This section of the newsletter will highlight some of the best
science and space materials I have learned about through the programs.
Astronomical Distances
Did you know that if you left tomorrow for the moon at 65 mph it would take
you over 5 years to get there? Set your speed and the calculator will
determine how long it will take to reach various solar system destinations
and beyond.
