[interfacekit] _init_interface_kit_()

Is anyone writing _init_interface_kit_()? I need this function to load the

static BBitmap *sBitmaps[2][3]

member in BRadioButton with the correct bitmaps. I haven't found the bitmaps
yet though. Is it possible they are code generated?
