Important point 1 Are your details up to date
We all have an opinion on what South Australia needs for the future, and the
State Election is your opportunity to make your opinion heard.
The electoral roll for the upcoming State Election will close at 12 noon on
23 February 2018. This is the deadline for South Australians to update their
address, name or enrol for the first time.
Important point 2 Alternative voting services
We can offer an alternate voting service to you if you find it difficult to
go to a polling booth on polling day. You can apply to become a Registered
Declaration Voter. This means that ballot papers will be sent to your
address automatically for all state and federal elections. Visit our website
or give us a call if you would like more information on this option.
Important point 3
Your opinion deserves to be heard, so be sure to have your say about the
future of our state.
Important point 4
If you have recently moved address or changed your name, the easiest way to
update your details is on our website at www.ecsa.sa.gov.au. If you don't
have access to the internet, you can pick up a paper form at any Australia
Post Outlet or call us on 1300 655 232 and we can send one to you.
