I have been asked by Jo Ankar (Audio Description Audience Development
Project Officer) to pass this on

Hi David

Thank you for talking this morning and for agreeing to send out information
to your members and families about Saturday's first-ever radio broadcast
Audio Description of the Credit Union Christmas Pageant:

The Credit Union Christmas Pageant will be audio-described on 101.5 FM Radio
Adelaide for the very first time, on Saturday!

Audio Describers Lara and Jo will be describing the Pageant from the Library
Institute Building on the corner of North terrace and Kintore avenue.

On the south side opposite, at bus stop T2 on North Terrace, we will have a
Radio Booth where you can borrow a FM radio to listen, and watch the
wonderful floats come past and hear the bands and the silly clowns making
everyone laugh - all the things that make the Pageant so wonderful!

You can also listen from home - or anywhere in the world - through radio and
live streaming from www.radioadelaide.edu.au. (Check the Access2Arts website
for more details on how to connect.)

The broadcast starts at 10am with some interviews and the description from
10.15am, as the pageant comes along North Terrace.

It will finish around 11.30am when Father Christmas arrives at the Magic
Cave, ready for all the children to visit!

Thanks for sharing - we hope you will love listening!

Kind regards,

Jo
