Subject: "You Can't Ask That" to cover blindness and vision-impairment tonight
Dear Members. Series two of the popular ABC TV show, "You Can't Ask That"
begins this evening at 9:30PM. Tonight's episode covers people who are blind or
vision-impaired.
For those who are unfamiliar with the program format, members of the public are
asked to submit questions they have always wanted to know the answers to, but
have been too afraid to ask of marginalised groups. A number of BCA members and
staff are featured in tonight's program. We hope it will challenge assumptions
about blindness and vision-impairment in the broader community.
In case you miss the show tonight or you want to share it with others, you can
catch up on IView. In the absence of audio description on the ABC, we thought
you would like to know that the questions were provided to participants in
braille and large print. We hope you enjoy the program.

them and their cultures, and to elders both past and present.
