Many thanks, Brian. I'm using IE 8, and I've subscribed to your Feed. Just
not sure how I get notified the Feed has content and how I find the
download.
I see Main Menu has a similar Feed system, so understanding this will be
very useful.

You have a few choices.
You could subscribe to the RSS feed using internet explorer or firefox. You
would need to subscribe to this feed:
http://astec-at.co.uk/podcastgen1.3/feed.xml
Press enter on the link which says, subscribe to this feed, then press enter
again to move out of the edit box.
To view the feed, it really depends upon which version of IE you are using.
Do let me know and I will tell you.
I will always in any event send a link from here on in to this list of each
podcast I create, I am working on the next Astechnology episode now. So at
least you would be sure to get it without subscribing.

for Podcasts. What is the best accessible way to receive your podcasts
automatically?
