You can purchase the recorder from recorders.com or amazon.com. Not sure where
else.
Someone else might have an idea.

Does any one know where is the best place from which to order the Olympis DS
71 digital-recorder? Radioshack stores do not sell this digital-recorder.
This device would be great for recording information from the testing service
hotline about promotional tests, or music, or lectures at meetings, etc.
Off topic, Lynne, I attended the concert. Maria has a very pretty voice. I
also wanted to hear you sing, as well, but couldn't. I guess you were in the
chorus only. Did you hear a lady named Deborah Deo/Howe? I loved how she
sang jazz, and suddenly, changed in to singing opera! My aunt says there are
similarities between jazz and opera. Anyway, I hope all is well. Best
