Hi sir,
I am a developer working on linux live CD.May I know how to
preserve user settings to build a livecd.I have installed my own distro on a PC
and changed some settings like...all icons of applications dragged on task bar
and changed themes and added some sound configurations and login styles so i
want all these things to reflect on my livecd.......I just copied root file
system of this distro and created livecd out of that as you have done in
Knoppix but the thing is ..settings are not reflected ...why it happened...
