[Ilugc] suggestion to buy laptop

Having Linpus Linux Or any command line Linux preinstalled do
not guarantee that Ubuntu or fedora or all hardware will work fine.
Better solution -- Go with Preinstall Ubuntu or Fedora or Debian or
anyother Distro which give a full fledge running system..
In my registered company(ELPA Tech) I will sell Linux Pre-installed Laptops.
but that is under process and will take some more month.
