The error message is giving you the location of the code failure
e.g. " File "/usr/bin/euca-upload-bundle", line 231, in <module> main ()"
You could start from there and work backwards; from the name I am
guessing it is an eucalyptus module.
Other suggestion would be to ask the question in Ubuntu cloud forums.
