Thanks, I have got it working.
But I have yet to achieve fully my goal.
I have proxy working using client IP :
acl authentic src a.b.c.d
http_access allow authentic
I have proxy working using NCSA with username and password :
acl authentic proxy_auth REQUIRED
http_access allow authentic
What I want is client IP + username and password.
Howto combine the two ?
