[Ilugc] scheme visualization tool ER diagram for MySQL dump file of ~2GB

Can anyone suggest a schema visualization tool that can help  me get
an ER  diagram for a MySQL dump file(.sql file)  of  ~2GB in size?

I tried sqlfairy for this. But it gives:  out of memory!! error.
I tried Atantis surf, but it didnt detect SQL server in its database
pane. Can this problem be resolved? Also, I dont know much to work in
Atlantis.

Plz provide suggestions..Thanks in advance.
