[Ilugc] routing issues

Hi,
In machine 2, you have to do the IP MASQ for 192.168.0.x, use
IPTables.
Iptables is not the panacea for routing problems. Why cannot his
machine2 act as a simple router without packet mangling?
I was about to ask the same thing. I would like to add that routes for
machine 1 are added on to machine 3. (which is not shown in my previous
mail. i send wrong config for machine 3 by mistake). so i dont think
iptables masq would be necessary on machine 2.
To the OP: You probably -think- you have enabled IP forwarding, double
check that. What does "cat /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_forward" say on
machine2?
it is set to 1.
Thanks,
Mohammed Riyaz P.
