I have made some custom shell script to process certain format. for
example
converting .mp3 to .ogg Or processng .ttt files(custom extension zip
file)
with shell script. But the problem is I have to go command line and give
filename as argument. is there anyway I can make rightclick on files and
openwith customshell script where filename automatically comes as
argument !
Nautilus Actions is what you want, if you're using the Nautilus file
manager.

No, I do not want to use this. I want to know, how VLC can open file on
right click without using Nautilus Actions Or scripts Manager ?
Bascally, I just want, *.ttt file to be associated with that script and
clicking must execute script with filename as argument !
