god, you got the materials for a full 3 day workshop there
no way youre going to cover all this in a 2 hr glv session
probably compress it all into a weekend, morning to evening sessions
do it "at cost" as in people attending it pay a sum thats calculated to
cover lunch / tea and hall rent if that becomes necessary. [or at least
pay for lunch / tea - if they do this in the IIT campus or somewhere
like that there's no food for miles around]
