[Ilugc] regarding svn

svn Repository parent is http://10.243.96.73:18081/svn/

i need to change the 10.243.96.73:18081 with my domain name.
for that what are the changes i need to do.


Do you have the DNS server implemented in your network?

Give a proper hostname for the machine and you can call it using the
hostname itself.

If there is no DNS, add the following entry in /etc/hosts

10.243.96.73    <hostname>


in all the machines.

Then you can access the server, with the hostname.


In the subversion edge admin panel.
i.e
http://10.243.96.73:3343/csvn/server/edit

select "server settings" and in the hostname text box, give the
hostname of the server.

and save the changes.
