Thanks for the link. I had visited the link before. Squid allows us to have
a time frame , say, from morning 7.00 am to 12.00 pm or from evening 8.00 pm
to 11.00 pm. But we cannot allow the Squid to allow the user to browse 1
hr/day.This link clearly explains why,

So am finally put down to write my own program which handles this.
